DIGITAL DELIVERY AND ACCESS

ACCESS TO YOUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products purchased on the Website are digital and are delivered electronically immediately or shortly after confirmation of payment.
No physical shipment occurs.

Access to your Digital Products is provided in one of the following ways:

  • Via a secure download link sent to the email address provided by the Customer,
  • Via direct access to a personal customer account on the Website,
  • Via online access granted as part of a subscription service.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is accurate and that they have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access and download the Digital Products.

TECHNICAL ISSUES AND SUPPORT

In the event of a delay in access, non-receipt of access credentials, or technical difficulties preventing access to the Digital Products, the Customer must contact Customer Support as soon as possible via the contact form on the Website.
The Website operator will make reasonable efforts to restore access within a reasonable timeframe.

The Website operator shall not be held liable for access issues resulting from:

  • incorrect email address provided by the Customer,
  • spam filters or email security settings,
  • internet service disruptions,
  • device, software, or compatibility issues on the Customer’s side.
